We are a small, internationally operating company headquartered in Germany. Our mission: “We empower heroes.” Our rugged computing solutions are designed for extreme environments – for industries, rescue services, craftsmanship, and wherever conventional technology fails.

Sustainability is a core part of our values. As the first climate-neutral company in the rugged computer industry, we have been offsetting all greenhouse gas emissions since our founding and conduct regular climate audits. But that’s not enough for us: In the future, we aim to initiate our own climate protection projects – perhaps even in the field of renewable energy in Taiwan.

To expand our development efforts, we are establishing a new branch office in Taiwan. For this, we are looking for a **Full Stack Developer** to actively shape this journey.

Your Role

As our first employee in Taiwan, you will play a key role: shaping both software development and technical processes while building our new location in the Taipei/New Taipei region. The position starts as a home office role, with the opportunity to help determine the location of our future office. Long-term, a hybrid working model with up to 1–2 home office days per week will be possible.

You will work on software solutions for our products (x86 and ARM architecture), internal tools, and automation projects. You will have the opportunity to propose and implement your own ideas for processes and frameworks – laying the foundation for our Taiwan office.

Your Responsibilities

• Product Software Development: Develop tools and applications for Windows, Linux, Android, and Web.
• Hardware-Related Programming: Configure and adapt software for x86 and ARM hardware.
• Internal Tools & Automation: Work on platforms like n8n, Frappe Framework (ERP Next), and our WordPress website.
• Technological Variety: Collaborate on APIs, databases, automation, and backend systems.
• Quality-Oriented Development: Clean code documentation, structured workflows, and consistent version control are second nature to you.
• Office Setup: Contribute to process design, technology choices, and development strategies.
• Climate Action & Sustainability: Provide technical support for future climate projects in Taiwan and beyond.

What You Bring

• Experience in Software Development: For Windows, Linux, and Android – ideally for both web and desktop applications.
• Hardware-Related Expertise: Familiarity with tools that interact directly with hardware, and basic knowledge of electronics design (a plus).
• Broad Technical Knowledge: Skills in languages like C#, Python, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, as well as databases and API integration.
• High Quality Standards: Clean code documentation, structured workflows, and consistent version control are natural for you.
• Interest in Automation: Experience with tools like n8n or similar platforms is a plus.
• Language Skills:
  • Fluent in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) for communication with suppliers in Taiwan and China.
  • Good English skills; German is a plus.
• Proactive Approach: Bring your ideas, work independently, and take responsibility.
• Team Spirit: Enjoy collaborating in a small, international team.

• 軟體開發經驗： 熟悉 Windows、Linux、Android 平台，具 Web 與桌面應用開發經驗尤佳。
• 硬體相關知識： 熟悉與硬體互動的軟體工具，具電子設計基礎者佳。
• 廣泛技術能力： 熟悉 C#、Python、Java、Kotlin、JavaScript 等語言，具資料庫與 API 整合經驗。

  • 流利的繁體中文與簡體中文（用於與台灣與中國供應商溝通）
  • 良好的英文溝通能力，懂德語者尤佳。
