Product warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty on our physical products. We are convinced of the quality of our products. For many products, this warranty is extended to 24 months free of charge on a voluntary basis. For products where this is the case, you will find a note to this effect in the product description.

Our hardware is covered by a minimum 12 month warranty. Many products have a free extension to 24 months.

Warranty extension

We offer warranty extensions and maintenance contracts for all our products. Please contact our sales department for your individual offer.

Repairs in Germany

All important repairs are carried out within a few days at our company headquarters in Germany. If a short-term repair is not possible, you will receive a replacement unit.

Long term availability

All our products are designed to be available for several years. This gives you the security of a homogeneous infrastructure over a long period of time, as well as the availability of spare parts.

1 = Many products have a voluntary and free extension of the warranty to 24 months. For more information, please refer to the respective information and the product data sheet.

2 = If the original parts are no longer available, newer, higher quality or at least equivalent components are used.

3 = Our claim is a solution of the problem within 10 days after the first request via our ticket system.

4 = The return shipment is free of charge within the European Union. Return addresses outside the EU are charged at cost price.

5 = Purchase is possible within 60 days of purchase. The period starts from the date of purchase of the device and also covers any damage that may have occurred within this period.

6 = Our devices are delivered optimally configured for your application. Subsequent misconfiguration could render a device unusable. Are you stuck and the unit is unusable? This can happen to anyone. We are happy to restore this free of charge in the Care and PremiumCare packages.

7 = Batteries excluded

8 = complete replacement of the machine. Only once during the contract period. You will receive an equivalent or better / newer unit if the original model is no longer available. There is no entitlement to a new device.
