Mobile label printer with robust housing

TSC’s Alpha-30L direct thermal mobile label printer delivers reliable printing performance and a rugged chassis for manufacturing, retail, healthcare, transportation and logistics. It creates labels up to 80 mm wide with a maximum print speed of 127 mm/sec and 203 dpi resolution. Its rubber-encased plastic housing is IP54-rated for dust and water protection and easily withstands multiple drops from heights up to 1.8 meters (5 feet) in accordance with MIL-STD-810G. With the optional protective cover, drop protection even increases to up to 2.5 meters.

For smooth printing, the Alpha-30L is equipped with a 3,030 mAh lithium-ion battery, 32-bit RISC CPU, 128 MB SDRAM and 128 MB Flash. It is also optionally available with 256 MB SDRAM and 512 MB Flash. Easy operation is provided by seven control buttons, a clear 2.3″ color LCD and various sensors for status monitoring. Interfaces include USB-C 2.0 for communication purposes, NFC and optional MFi Bluetooth 5.0 or Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11ac.
