Rocksmart RSC627 i5 computers are equipped with a powerful 13th generation Intel® Core™ i5 processor – ideal for demanding industrial applications. They offer high computing power and efficient multitasking for HMI, visualizations, and manufacturing control. Machine builders benefit from reliable performance in continuous operation and easy integration into their systems. Thanks to its modern architecture, the panel PC is ideally equipped for Industry 4.0 projects. The integrated Intel® Iris® Xe graphics offer outstanding visual performance and support up to three external displays.
Thanks to passive cooling, the panel PCs operate without fans, which not only reduces maintenance requirements but also makes the computer completely silent.
In addition, the industrial computers of the Rocksmart RSC600 i5 series have high shock and vibration resistance in accordance with military standards – for reliable operation even under demanding conditions, such as directly on the machine, in kiosk systems or in production lines.
With an installation depth of only approx. 7 cm, the All-in-One Industrial PCs are extremely compact and fit even in confined spaces. The robust aluminum housing not only ensures an attractive appearance, but also provides reliable protection against external influences with IP65 front protection.
The Rocksmart RSC600 i5 series is available in display sizes of 21.5 inches, 24 inches, or 27 inches. Depending on the application, you can choose between a capacitive multi-touch display for precise input or a pressure-sensitive single touch that can be operated reliably even with work gloves or protective gloves. For optimum readability even in bright environments, the panel PC display offers optional brightness of up to 1000 nits – ideal for systems that are operated outdoors.
The series also impresses with its high level of customization: Tailor the device and design precisely to your project requirements – from extensive touchscreen and display options and the housing color to a customized boot logo and optional heating. All this is available even with a low minimum order quantity.
With up to 64 GB of RAM and 2 TB of NVMe system storage, as well as the option of a second SATA SSD with up to 8 TB, a Rocksmart RSC627 i5 all-in-one industrial PC offers enough capacity to efficiently process even the largest amounts of data. They come standard with two Ethernet ports, a serial interface, two monitor outputs, four USB 3.0 ports, and a USB-C interface. In addition, a wide range of customization options are available, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, 5G, or additional ports. This makes the system ideal for companies that need powerful and customized integration into their production environment.
