The Rocksmart RSC616’s sleek and high-quality aluminum enclosure not only impresses with its modern design, but also offers an IP65 front rating that makes it ideal for use in demanding environments and even outdoors. It is designed for continuous operation and offers high shock and vibration resistance according to MIL-STD-810G. It is fully passively cooled and has a wide operating temperature range. A slim housing frame ensures optimum utilization of the screen area and attractive integration into control cabinets, automated systems or machines.

Human Connection - Intuitive operation in all scenarios

The 15.6-inch industrial display of the Rocksmart RSC616 impresses with a smooth surface and a service life of 50,000 hours. One display is not enough? Rocksmart RSC616 supports up to three displays. You can choose between a gesture-enabled multi-touchscreen or a pressure-sensitive single-touchscreen if the panel is to be operated with thick work gloves or outdoors. For outdoor applications, an optional display brightness of up to 1200 cd/m2 is possible as well as anti-reflective coating of the display. Choose DirectView display technology for maximum color brilliance and best readability from all angles.

The Rocksmart RSC616 is equipped with a powerful Intel® Celeron 4-core processor of the Elkhart Lake generation, which offers high performance and energy efficiency thanks to its 10nm lithography. It features up to 32GB of RAM & 1TB SSD and is completely passively cooled. For effortless integration, the system is available with Windows 11 or Ubuntu Linux. Thanks to the integrated TPM 2.0 chip, it offers hardware-based tamper protection for your data.

In Hailo’s Developer Zone you will find numerous pre-trained neural networks (“Model Zoo”), a bit-precise simulator as well as a performance tool, the Hailo Dataflow Compiler and the Hailo “Tappas” High-Performance Application Toolkit and enables the highly efficient implementation of innovative AI solutions with accelerated time-to-market and reduced development costs.

EtherCAT, Modbus, Powerlink, Profinet, Sercos, CC-Link, VARAN, CANopen, DeviceNet or ProfiBus: For seamless integration, a wide variety of fieldbus and real-time Ethernet protocols are optionally available, both as master and as slave.

The configuration options of the Rocksmart RSC616 leave nothing to be desired. Whether you mount the panel PC via the universal VESA mounting points or in a flush-mount solution, every project has different requirements: In addition to a wide variety of display and touchscreen options as well as customizable industrial communication, other extensive configuration options are available.

Add 4G LTE, WiFi6E, Bluetooth, a built-in speaker or a wide input voltage range of 9-36 V DC to your solution. Also on the connection side, 4 x USB 2.0, an 8-bit GPIO and 5 x RS232 are available via pin connectors.

Your Brand Design - A Panel PC according to your wishes

We understand that every company has its own identity and wants to present its products accordingly. WEROCK offers you the possibility to design your Panel PC according to your wishes. You can customize the housing in your desired color, the boot logo, the nameplates and the packaging. Also the frame color of the touch screen and a logo print in the touch screen are possible. Minimum order quantities and costs depend on the number of pieces. Simple changes can often be implemented from as little as 25 pieces.

Sustainability

The production of electronic devices unavoidably causes greenhouse gas emissions along the process chain. During the production and transport of the Rocksmart RSC616, all unavoidable greenhouse gas emissions are offset so that you receive a climate-neutral product. In addition, like all WEROCK devices, the Rocksmart RSC616 is designed for durability. The extended lifetime minimizes the need to buy new devices and further reduces the environmental impact.

The production of the Rocksmart RSC616 causes 389 kg of CO2e emissions.

These non-avoidable emissions are fully and generously offset by Gold Standard projects.
