WEROCK Technologies GmbH presents the new Rocksmart RSD1000 series with ten available display sizes from 15″ to 43″ inches with protection class IP65k. The industrial display was developed for the highest requirements in harsh industrial environments with high dust or vapor content, as well as high humidity and is ideal where hygiene is paramount.
The robust Rocksmart RSD1000 series shines with its high-quality and high-contrast displays. In addition, the tablet impresses with a viewing angle of 89° degrees from all axes and a long service life with an average operating time of up to 50,000 hours. All models can be equipped with a brightness of up to 1,000 nits to ensure optimum readability even in very bright environments and sunlight. Thanks to the compact stainless steel housing, the Rocksmart RSD1000 series is particularly suitable for the highest hygienic requirements, for example in the food industry or medical sector. All models are made of high-quality stainless steel, which does not interact with other materials such as acids, cleaning agents or other chemicals. Another advantage is the corrosion resistance and resistance to germs. The Rocksmart RSD1000 series therefore combines perfect hygienic requirements and robust protection against external influences.
Thanks to the unique material, cleaning the displays is uncomplicated and can be treated with high-pressure cleaners or aggressive cleaning agents, for example. In addition, the ultra-flat housing with rounded corners and a very smooth surface makes cleaning even easier. Another advantage for use in demanding environments is the robust and completely enclosed industrial design in accordance with protection class IP69k. This means that the Rocksmart RSD1000 series offers complete all-round protection for environments with high levels of dust, steam and humidity and can therefore withstand extreme conditions.
Another highlight is the option of a robust single-touch or multi-touch display. The latter impresses with simple and proactive operation thanks to state-of-the-art technologies. The Rocksmart RSD1000 series also promises improved user ergonomics, which, thanks to the PCAP touchscreen, enables familiar gesture operation like on a tablet or smartphone. The display can be operated with a bare finger as well as with a glove, even under extreme operating conditions.
