WEROCK introduces the Rocksmart RSX1000 – for continuous operation in a variety of environments
WEROCK Technologies GmbH, an up-and-coming manufacturer of robust computer systems, is expanding its portfolio of industrial computer systems and introducing the Rocksmart RSX1000, a fanless embedded box PC for reliable continuous operation in demanding industrial environments.
Reliable IT is a key factor in industrial environments, as it can quickly lead to the shutdown of entire production or control processes, testing and logistics systems. The Rocksmart RSX1000 is designed for stable 24/7 operation. The passive, fanless design reduces dust-related failures and minimizes mechanical wear. The robust design allows for use in vibration- and dust-laden environments and contributes to reliable and continuous operation.
The embedded box PC is insensitive to voltage fluctuations and can even operate with an input of 9–60 V DC as an option. The Rocksmart RSX1000 offers “industrial I/O out of the box” with dual LAN, USB ports, serial interfaces (RS232/422/485), and optional CAN and Wi-Fi 6E. Extensions can be customized for specific projects.
Equipped with 13th generation Intel® Core™ processors, up to 64 GB of RAM, and up to 2 TB SSD, the Rocksmart RSX1000 supports computationally intensive applications. The integrated graphics allow the connection of up to three displays.
