WEROCK Technologies GmbH is expanding its product line with the Rocksmart RSC616, a powerful industrial panel PC with a large 15.6-inch display. The new model complements the existing RSC610 and RSC612 models, although the technical data is essentially comparable.
The slim aluminum housing of the Rocksmart RSC616 not only offers a modern look, but also ensures IP65 protection on the front for use in harsh indoor and outdoor environments. Fully passively cooled and equipped with a wide operating temperature range, the housing is suitable for both control cabinet installation and free-standing mounting thanks to VESA mounting points.
A brilliant 15.6-inch Full HD display with a brightness of up to 1200 cd/m² ensures optimum readability and intuitive operation in a wide range of environments. It can be operated via a gesture-enabled multi-touch screen or a pressure-sensitive single-touch screen.
Technically, the Rocksmart RSC616 is based on an efficient yet powerful Intel® Elkhart Lake Celeron 4-core processor with 10nm lithography. It can optionally be equipped with an AI processor that is compatible with common AI tools. The Panel PC optionally supports communication for fieldbus and Real-Time Ethernet protocols both as a master and as a slave. It has numerous interfaces, including 3 x USB 3.1 Gen 2, 2 x 2.5 Gbit Ethernet and 1 x RS232/422/485, as well as the option to control up to three displays. Windows 10, Windows 11 or Ubuntu Linux 22.04 are available as operating systems.
